Your Session: What to Expect

1.

INIITIAL CONTACT & SCOPE

Send a message with the details of your project: square footage, goals, and timeframe. I’ll respond quickly with availability, a few questions, and a quote tailored to your needs.

2.

PREP & PLANNING

We’ll finalize your shot list, location info, and access instructions. For builders and designers, I’ll work with you or your team to highlight key design features, materials, and the overall story of the space.

3.

SHOOT DAY

I arrive on time and ready to work efficiently and respectfully in your space. I’ll photograph each room with attention to light, layout, and flow — and for portfolio sessions, we’ll take time to capture custom vignettes and hero angles.

4.

EDITING & DELIVERY

You’ll receive your fully edited gallery in 3–5 business days for real estate listings, and 5–10 business days for builder/architect sessions. Images are delivered in high-resolution format with commercial use rights.

  • Yes, I can photograph multiple locations in one day if scheduled in advance. Please provide details on locations and desired image counts for a custom quote.

  • I regularly serve Anne Arundel County, Calvert County, and Queen Anne’s County. I’m happy to travel farther, but depending on the distance and time, travel fees may apply.
